Factory

Our own factory is located in Hebei, near Tianjin Port. The construction area of the production base is 9,000 square meters, with more than 200 sets of production equipment. There are more than 40 core personnel in platform operation, domestic and foreign trade business, clothing design, production, procurement, etc., and more than 150 professional and technical workers. It has a complete set of production workshops and large-scale storehouse. Focus on the R&D, design, production and sales of outerwear and swimwear. The products have passed the national safety mark certification and passed the IOS9001 quality system certification.

The annual garment output is more than 1 million pieces. The company has a full set of imported production and ironing equipment. In recent years, the company has introduced a series of advanced equipment including laser printers, heat presses, automatic cutting beds, automatic hanging systems, CAD plotters, etc. It has successively introduced advanced professional production lines from Germany and Japan, and added a single order business to provide customers with humanized and personalized high-quality services.

The company adopts modern management and strict quality inspection system, from yarn selection, weaving, dyeing, production to sales, and implements seamless monitoring throughout the process to ensure the quality of each piece of clothing; specially selected accessories provided by international brand clothing suppliers. Every detail is refined.

Cutting

The cutting efficiency of our automatic cutting machine is generally 4-5 times that of the manual cutting machine, and the probability of error is greatly reduced. Through the special speed planning algorithm and knife frequency control algorithm, intelligent speed regulation and critical speed reduction are realized to achieve almost zero error high-precision cutting.
